The following instructions will help delete spam from the Spam Folder.
Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator and go to
http://netins.net/login.htm.
If you are using the legacy webmail system, please note steps here.
Enter your username (not including @netins.net) and password, then click the button marked Login.
On the left-side of the interface is the folder list. In that list, click on SpamFolder, which will highlight as shown to let you know it's been opened.
Once inside, right click on the message you would like to delete and a drop-down menu. Move the cursor down to the "Delete Message" option and left-click.
WARNING: There will be no confirmation window when deleting, so clicking delete will permenantly erase the message from the server!
After the message has been deleted, a message will display along the top of the interface letting you know the operation was successful.
