The following instructions will help you see your Spam Folder, and move any messages that have been placed there which you wish to keep, rather than have deleted.

Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator and go to http://netins.net/login.htm.
If you are using the legacy webmail system, please note steps here.

Enter your username (not including netins.net) and password, then click the button marked Login.

Webmail login screen

On the left-side of the interface is the folder list. In that list, click on SpamFolder, which will highlight as shown to let you know it's been opened.

Spam Folder

Once inside, you have 2 ways of moving messages from the SpamFolder to the INBOX, or any other folder. Shown first is the right-click method.

Right click on the message you would like to move and a drop down menu will open. Move the cursor down to the "Move into..." option so that it is highlighted in blue and left-click it.

showing the drop-down menu

This will open a new window with a list of your folders to choose from. First, click the folder you want to move the message into and it will highlight to show it has been selected. Next, Click the Save button at the bottom of the window.

the folder list

The window will close, and the message will have left the folder. When you click on the folder you moved it to, it will show up there.

Alternately, you can move a message between folders by simply clicking and dragging the message to the desired folder and dropping it off.

When you click on the message and begin to drag it, the cursor will change to let you know that you have grabbed that message. The red X on the cursor means the message will not go anywhere if you let go of the mouse button.

dragging the message

Once you have the message grabbed, move the mouse over to the folder list onto the folder you wish to move the message to. Once you have it on the folder the name of it will highlight in orange to let you know that is the destination. When that happens the cursor will also change again meaning the message will be moved when you let go of the mouse button.

dropping it off

After you've released the mouse button, the message will leave the spamfolder.
